This policy explains how SEORAPID ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through seorapid.co.uk. We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

SEORAPID is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at info@seorapid.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you send through our contact or audit form: your name, email address, website address, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Emails you send to us directly, including any information you choose to include.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit or quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent given on the form.
  • To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

  • Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace, which provides our email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy regulation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, typically six years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@seorapid.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
